Auto-Sync dont' work on network map drive

I have a folder on a network drive ( installed on Windows systems and mapped on R:\ ).
I have a sync task to a FTP folder and it is configured in “Auto-Sync” mode.
The problem is the task never start in automatic mode … I need always to start it manually.

Is normal ?
