I have had transferred the licence to a different machine (‘the current device’) by deactivating the former machine but I am getting the error that I’ve reached the maximum active devices, showing max sessions and current sessions both as 1. It suggests, if I want to log in from the current device, I deactivate other devices. It then shows the active device to be the current device! If I deactivate it, I get the message ‘Your device is registered successfully. Proceed login with your App.’ Login then works but I have to manually connect. I may then have several boot-ups where I have no problem but, seemingly randomly, I get the error again.
You may understand that it is getting very irksome…
