i have tried the following suggestion, still not work.
quick update…i have upgraded to win10…it is working now…is this program not working on win7 ?
Do another test…windows server 2016 working fine either.
CloudSync is working on Windows 7. About file that you said on first post, included on latest Windows 7 updates. Also Microsoft documents says at least Windows 7 SP1 is needed to install MSVC redistributable.
It’s not work even if you have installed proper MSVC redistributable. You should try uninstall all MSVC 2015 redistributable and reinstall latest. Because we’ve experienced MSVC redistributable failed to update to latest version.
