Lost Home folder access to Synology NAS using WebDav

I am directing this issue to both Synology and NetDrive support, because I have no idea where the actual issue lies. We have been using NetDrive successfully for about one year to access the NAS using a WebDav connection. When the user connects, they have been shown ALL the NAS folders that they have access to. As of today, the user’s HOME folder is no longer included in that list. No changes have been made to the user account, folder permissions, etc on the NAS. I have disconnected the drive from NetDrive, logged out, even uninstalled and reinstalled NetDrive, all to no avail. Home folder appears as expected when the user is on the local network. Any advice or guidance would be appreciated.

Hello talan

Thank you for using NetDrive.

I think it’s a issue of NAS configuration.

But if you attach debug log files, I will review it to figure out what happened.

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

There is no credential information in the log files.

Regards.

Thanks for your reply. This did turn out to be a NAS issue.
