Hello, i have not been successful and login in using my MacOS Mojave Version 10.14.2. Is there a phone number to call to get help?

When i try to connect i receive a message that reads:
“The installed version of FUSE is too old for the operating system. Please updrage your FUSE installation to one that is compatible with the currently running version of macOS”.
