Map local path to a drive letter

Hi,

I sometimes have cd roms copied but they can’t start because they feel that they are not in the root of a drive letter.
I also have google drive backup that syncs its files with my laptop and are therfore accesible offline, but to browse through pictures it needs to feel that it is on a drive letter.

In both cases it needed the posibility to map a drive to a local path.

I thought netdrive could help me, but when I choose a path to map, I can only choose from cloud providers, not from my local machine …

Is this feature missing?
