NetDrive3 will not open. Stuck in Loading mode

Lena sent me from customer service. Please respond asap, I do not have any access to any of my accounts.

NetDrive version: 3.6.571 (Build 571) - 09/13/2018
Windows/Mac Version: Windows 10 Home (installed in august with no issues at that time)

I had problems logging in with authentication errors. I then updated netdrive to the latest software and now it will not open. It is stuck in loading mode.

The issue you are having is that nd3svc.exe or ndagent.exe is not running.
Check the status of NetDrive3 Agent (Product NetDrive3) and NetDrive3 Service (Product NetDrive3) in the service list. It must be run.

Antivirus or malware protection programs may stop them.

I think some program block service process of NetDrive.

Could you check nd3svc.exe and ndagent.exe are running or not?

I have exactly same problem. Only Windows 8, not 10. Only reinstall will help after reboot with last version of NetDrive. It’s annoying as s–t.

As mentioned above, some program like as anti-virus or anti-malware problem may block a service process of NetDrive.

Are you using anti-virus or anti-malware program to protect pc?

Also, could you check nd3svc.exe and ndagent.exe are running or not?

Nope, i don’t have any anti-virus or anti-malware. Also nd3svc and ndagent are running but NetDrive.exe would run only if I reinstall programm after reboot. (or without reboot if I have some crash, but only AFTER reinstall)

If both services nd3svc.exe and ndagent.exe is running, NetDrive UI must be launched.

I’m not sure what problem is.

In this case, we can have a remote session via TeamViewer.

I fixed it after kill the process and restart netdrive.
However, I don’t know what caused the problem.
Although the problem was solved, when it occurs again I will write here.
