Problem with writing files to mapped disc

Hi,
the problem is with writing files to a mapped drive Dropbox or Onedrive. I’m getting failures when I open file
and want to close/write to the disk. NetDrive send me some information about failure (screenshot) and I can
not do anything with this file and also with NetDrive, I can not close/disconect etc. Help only restart of system !!!

Can me help install older version?

NetDrive version: 3.6.319
Mac Version: High Sierra 10.13.6
