Hello again.
New problems are coming, getting our customers more and more upset, can’t read JPG files (by double click or space bars), they get bad files (corrupted or bad types) error messages.
I tried connecting directly by MacOS Finder, and ALL files opening work correctly !!
Really, we need a fix quickly, as we already have some other issues we talked about, listed here :
Up !!!
sorry, I didn’t know this was a 7 days closing post. Still error 36 here :
NetDrive version: 3.5.250
Windows/Mac Version: MacOS 10.13.4 High Sierra
Sometimes getting “error 36” and “failed to upload”, as you can see on screenshots.
Is there a way to explain / avoid them ?
Best Regards
Patrick[Netdrive_Err_36][Netdrive_Failed_to_upload]
We really need to fix all this !!!
Regards,
Patrick

Dear lic-impact
Could you attach debug log files to figure out what happened?
After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :
Change Log Level
First, check your settings and change log level to VERBOSE.
Go to Settings:
Change log level to VERBOSE:
[22]
Set to DEBUG if you use old version because there is no VERBOSE log level.
Get back to DRIVES screen
Changed log level takes effect when you leave SETTINGS screen.
Reproduce your problem !
After changing log level you must repeat your steps to reproduce the problem you have. This time it will be logged in relevant log files.
Send Log File

Dear lic-impact
The log level of the log files you attached is “ERROR”
I can get a few information from error level log.
Could you attach it again after set loglevel to VERBOSE and reproduce the issue?
From the log files you attached, I got the following contents
GetFileList >> Couldn’t resolve host name(6)
It failed to connect to server because host name could not resolved.
It’s better to check network environment.

Dear lic-impact
I got the file you attached.
It is a same file you attached before.
It’s a error log file not debug log file.
Could you attach it again after set loglevel to VERBOSE and reproduce the issue?
Also, from the log files you attached, I got the following contents
GetFileList >> Couldn’t resolve host name(6)
It failed to connect to server because host name could not resolved.
It’s better to check network environment.

Dear lic-impact
I got finally VERBOSE mode log files.
But all read requests in log file were succeeded.
I think there was no error to open jpg file.
