URGENT - Authentication after reboot requires outgoing firewall opening

Hello,

I have Netdrive installed on servers. After the server reboot, netdrive tries to authenticate and it fails since I have setup the firewall to block internet access. Can you give me the IP range of the Netdrive servers to which the client tries to authenticate so I can retrict my firewall to this IP range only ?
Please it is very urgent as opening servers on the internet is a security breach.

Currently, these two URL redirect to those IP : 52.20.68.197, 34.196.172.33
Are these dynamic IPs ?

No that is static IP address but we are currently using load balancer, so IP addresses may added.
