Windows/Mac Version: Win 10 Pro
Rebooted after a power failure and now when documents are scanned or moved to the mounted drive I get a “disk is write-protected” error. Login is administrator, no permission changes have taken place. I re-configured, uninstalled and re-installed, rechecked all settings. Nothing was changed from when it worked earlier in the day. What am I missing?
