CloudSync does not sync

Hi!

I have just downloaded CloudSync, and it does not work as it should.
It syncs my OneDrive, but only 1GB of it, when I try Google Photos it is the same, it only takes very little of it, and if I try the Google Photos Albums it only takes the folders, not the files in them, what do I do wrong?

To help us resolve your issue faster, please follow these steps:

  1. Launch the CloudSync app.
  2. Pause any ongoing sync jobs.
  3. Tap the “Settings” icon.
  4. In the Log Level field, choose “VERBOSE”.
  5. Try to recreate the issue you are facing.
  6. In the SETTINGS menu, tap “Open log folder” to find the “cloudsync.log” file.
  7. Upload the log file.

Here is the log for my attempt on syncronizing my Onedrive, it only does 1,3Gb of it and it is 100 almost.

When creating a folder, the failure seems to happen if there is an ? in the folder name. Please check the URL below to avoid any other problems.

I don’t have a folder with that name, not that I can find, I’ll try and see if I can send a log from the other things that fail, maybe they are connected.

How did you set up your Sync items? Did you configure your Sync items to sync from Google Photos to your local disk? Or is it configured to sync from Google Photos to OneDrive?

I’ve reviewed the logfile you attached, but I don’t see anything that is causing the issue.
When you press the SYNC NOW button in CloudSync, it compares the two storage you set up and if the same files are not in the same path, the upload happens for those files.
I have tried syncing directly between Google Photos and Local Disk and found that it syncs fine.

If you’re still having issues, try specifying a new path to Local Disk in the Sync Item settings and try syncing, and if it doesn’t sync properly, please attach us a log file again.
