Slowness problem netdrive 3

hello, the ftp connection with netdrive 3 is extremely slow and crashed the PC. It worked well with netdrive 2. Do you have a solution? If not, is it possible to downgrade our netdrive 3 license to netdrive 2 license?

I guess your FTP server does not open ports for PASV or EPSV. You should open specific port or try active mode on your drive configuration.
